    Light Art Project by Kyota TAKAHASHI
"Yume-no-Tane Project" (Dream Seed Project)

Kyota TAKAHASHI is a Kyoto based artist using the light as material of sculpture. He is known as the author of the light installations; at Nijojo Castle in Kyoto, at the United Nations University in 2003; City House Sengawa (a large housing complex designed by Japanese architect, Tadao Ando Architect & Associates.) in 2004 and so on.

This time Kyota TAKAHASHI did a new light art project "Yume-no-Tane Project" (Dream Seed Project) in Awara city, Fukui, Japan. "Dream Seeds" are made by artificial paper and small LED light. Kyota TAKAHASHI and Tane-no-kai did many workshops for people in Awara city and Kansai area. They made people write their own dreams on "Dream Seeds". On October 29, "dream seeds" were ridden in a flying balloon and were seed from the air over like shining stars.
